Welcome to the Adam Megivern State Farm Agent office! Since opening in 2021, we have proudly

served Ithaca, NY, and neighboring communities, including Freeville, Groton, and Trumansburg,

as well as other areas across the Finger Lakes and Southern Tier regions. My team and I are

dedicated to helping individuals, families, and businesses protect what matters most with

personalized insurance options and exceptional service.

We offer a variety of insurance products, including Auto, Home, and Life Insurance, to protect your

family and property. Our services also include Renters and Condo Insurance, Motorcycle

Insurance for your adventures, and Pet Insurance for your furry companions. We are licensed in

both New York and Pennsylvania and are here to assist customers throughout the region.

Located in Ithaca off Route 13, our office offers convenient access to communities like Lansing,

Moravia, Auburn, and Locke. We are also conveniently located to serve Cortland, Elmira,

Horseheads, Binghamton, and Syracuse. We provide service in person, over the phone, or

through digital video meetings to make insurance accessible and simple to understand.

As a locally owned and operated small business, we prioritize building relationships and

personalizing coverage to fit your unique needs. I am an Upstate New York native from Hornell

and raised in Cortland. I hold degrees from the University of Vermont (ENVS) and the University of

New Orleans (MPA). My passion for community involvement is reflected through my work with the

Child Development Council, Cortland Community Center and the City of Cortland Fire Department.

Outside the office, I enjoy skiing, snowboarding, traveling, and spending time with my young son,

Milo Leo Megivern. I also love exploring the outdoors through hiking, boating, and mountain biking.
